Hey, folks, in this guide I will show you how to get the G3 UI on your G2 Mini.
Step by step guide:
- install this theme
- go to home screen-tap the options navbar button-tap "Home screen settings"-select your G3 them
for the following steps you'll need to be rooted and to have xposed framework installed!
- install this xposed framework module
- enable the installed module
- reboot
- open the installed module
- go to Theme Tweaks and enable them-Notifications Panel-Other Tweaks-check "Enable G3 Flat UI"
- reboot

In this post, i will show you how to root LG G2 Mini kitkat 4.4.2.
Kitkat is special, so we need special tool to root it, on LG G3 which also runs kitkat 4.4.2 you can root using towelroot, the same thing goes for the G2 Mini.
Step by step how to root G2 Mini kitkat 4.4.2 :
- download towelroot apk, from here
- install towelroot apk on your G2 Mini (make sure the unknown sources is checked)
- open towelroot, press the "make it rain"
- install SuperSU from Play Store by chainfire
- open supersu app, you will be informed the su binary needs update, choose continue.
- next you will be asking, how to install the su binary, choose normal
- there might be error, but it's okay, you just need to reboot/restart
- after reboot, you can uninstall towelroot
- enjoy!
